These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Traveletta, including the Traveletta mobile app, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By using Traveletta, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

Traveletta helps you extract travel places from captions and source links, review those places, and save them for later. Extraction results are generated from the content you provide and from third-party or automated processing. Results may be incomplete, inaccurate, unavailable, or out of date.

You are responsible for reviewing any extracted place before relying on it, visiting it, making travel plans, or sharing it with others.

Accounts and App Access

Traveletta currently uses anonymous app identity and app integrity checks to operate the Service. You do not need to create an email or password account for the initial app experience.

You are responsible for maintaining access to your device and Apple account. Local saved places may be lost if you delete the app, clear device data, or change devices without a supported backup or transfer.

User Content

"User Content" means captions, notes, source URLs, support messages, and other information you submit to Traveletta.

You keep ownership of your User Content. You grant Traveletta a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, transmit, reproduce, analyze, and display your User Content as needed to provide, maintain, protect, and improve the Service.

You represent that you have the rights needed to submit User Content and that your use of the Service will not violate another person's rights or any law.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Traveletta for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, abusive, or infringing activity.
• Submit content that you do not have the right to use.
• Attempt to bypass subscription, preview, quota, security, or app integrity controls.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, overload, interfere with, or disrupt the Service.
• Use automated systems to send excessive requests or abuse extraction providers.
• Upload malicious code or attempt unauthorized access to our systems.

We may limit, suspend, or terminate access if we believe these Terms are violated or if needed to protect the Service.

Traveletta Pro Subscriptions

Traveletta may offer paid features through an auto-renewable subscription called Traveletta Pro.

The launch annual subscription is expected to include:

• A 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers.
• A first-year launch price of $29.99, where available.
• Renewal at $39.99/year after the first year, where available.
• Unlimited caption/manual extractions, subject to fair use and technical availability.
• Up to 100 social link imports per month, subject to fair use and technical availability.

Final price, trial eligibility, renewal terms, taxes, and billing details are shown by Apple before purchase and may vary by region. If there is a conflict between this page and the App Store purchase sheet, the App Store purchase sheet controls for your purchase.

Subscriptions are billed through your Apple account. They automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

We may change subscription features, pricing, trial availability, or fair-use limits for future subscription periods as permitted by Apple and applicable law.

Preview Access, Quotas, and Availability

Traveletta may provide limited preview access before requiring Traveletta Pro. Preview limits, monthly social link import limits, extraction availability, and provider-backed processing may change over time.

We may apply limits to protect the Service, control provider costs, prevent abuse, and maintain reliable performance.

Third-Party Services and Links

Traveletta may use third-party services to process source links, identify places, manage subscriptions, verify app integrity, open maps, or provide infrastructure. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

The Service may link to third-party websites, social platforms, maps, App Store pages, or other external resources. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, accuracy, or practices.

No Travel, Safety, or Professional Advice

Traveletta is an organizational and extraction tool. It does not provide travel, safety, legal, medical, financial, or professional advice. You are responsible for checking opening hours, location details, entry requirements, safety conditions, laws, and other travel information before acting on any result.

Intellectual Property

Traveletta, including its software, design, branding, text, graphics, and other materials, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except as allowed by these Terms, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works from the Service.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information. By using Traveletta, you also agree to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, accurate, complete, or error-free, or that any extracted place, source link, map result, or subscription state will always be available or correct.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Traveletta and its operators, affiliates, service providers, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost travel opportunities, or business interruption.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for Traveletta in the 12 months before the claim or USD $100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these limits may not apply to you.

Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Traveletta and its operators, affiliates, service providers, and licensors from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your User Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.

Changes to the Service or Terms

We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time. We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.

Your continued use of the Service after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

Termination

You may stop using Traveletta at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for the Service, or if we discontinue the Service.

Termination does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription. You must cancel subscriptions through your Apple account settings.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Paris, France will have exclusive jurisdiction, unless applicable consumer law gives you the right to bring claims elsewhere.
